Here are some things I'm good at. Notice there isn't coding. I don't create. Sadly I lack that skill. I can solve your issues, manage stock logistics, install and feed servers, but I can only read some languages.

That's a made up title that probably actually exists somewhere. I don't know how to accurately describe my work. Officially I'm the Systems Administrator - at least that's what it says on my door at the office.
I'd say most accurately that I solve problems and keep work moving. I handle logistics, ticket flows, write copy, dabble in voice work, manage our help desk, solve hardware and software issues and so on and so on.
I've managed a grocery chain front end, Blockbuster Video locations, taught myself to be the technical support person at a cellular provider when the web was a baby on mobile, and now I'm an over educated jack of all trades for a clothing wholesale operation.
My personal life is very important to me. I give time, money, and energy to multiple organizations and causes that I feel make the world a little better for all of us. Sometimes the impact is immediate and sometimes we just have to trust that it comes around in due time and form.
I adapt a lot. There. That's what I do.
